2. Exchange Policy (Damaged or Defective Items Only)
We only offer exchanges in case the product received is:

- Incorrect item delivered
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must inform us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags
- You must provide proof of damage (photos or videos)

4. Return Shipping for Exchanges
